Version 0.11 - Minor change

A quick change after a discussion with one of my personal playtesters: Specialists now round their combat bonus down to the nearest whole number, instead of just to the nearest whole number. This clears up confusion and, if you were to round up, prevents the fighter and the specialist from having the same combat bonus at level 1.
